Who are we?

This website belongs to Talaria, based in Riyadh. We are responsible for the details you send through this website. To contact us about them: projects@talaria.sa.

What do we collect?

What you type into the contact form: your name, your mobile number, your email if you give it, what you're looking for, and your message. With it we also keep:

• the project and the home, if you reached the form from a home's "Enquire" button;
• the page of our site you came from, and the language of the page you sent it from;
• the date and time you sent it.

We keep nothing else about you from this website. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead, we treat your details the same way.

Why do we collect it?

To contact you about your enquiry and follow it up, for example to answer your question or arrange a visit or a reservation. We use your details because you agreed when you sent the form and asked us to contact you. You can withdraw that agreement at any time: we'll stop contacting you and delete your details, except anything the law requires us to keep.

We won’t send you marketing about other projects unless you ask us to. If you decide to reserve or buy, we'll ask for more details, such as your ID number, and explain then how we use them.

Who sees it?

Talaria's sales team and its managers, through our internal sales system. Each salesperson sees their own clients and new enquiries nobody has taken yet. No one else sees your details, except the providers named below, who run the website and the system for us, or an authority if the law requires it. We don't sell your details or give them to anyone to market their services.

Where is it kept?

Outside Saudi Arabia, with technology providers who work for us and don't use your details for anything else:

• Netlify hosts this website and passes your message to our sales system through its servers outside the Kingdom.
• Supabase hosts the sales system where your details are kept, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Google holds a daily backup of the sales system, in a private company account.

When you send the form, Netlify sees your device's IP address and uses it to stop repeated sends from the same place. We don't keep that address in our sales system.

How long do we keep it?

If your enquiry doesn't lead to a reservation or purchase, we delete your details 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep them for as long as we work together, and then for as long as Saudi regulations require. Deleted details stay in our backups for at most 90 days.

What are your rights?

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your agreement at any time. Email us at projects@talaria.sa and we'll reply within 30 days at most. We may ask you to confirm it's you first.

If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies, and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our links to X, Instagram and WhatsApp take you to their sites, which have their own policies.
